Chia Pudding with Fruits & Seeds in a Jar

Ingredients

For Chia Pudding Base

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or regular milk)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

For Toppings

  • Chopped seasonal fruits (banana, strawberries, mango, or apple)

  • 1 tablespoon mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or flax seeds)

  • Nuts or granola (optional)

Method

  1. Prepare the Base
In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.

  2. Mix Well
Stir properly to avoid chia seeds clumping together.

  3. Refrigerate
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb milk and create a pudding-like texture.

  4. Add Toppings
Before serving, add chopped fruits, seeds, nuts, or granola.

  5. Serve Chilled
Enjoy directly from the jar as a grab-and-go breakfast or snack.

Health Benefits

✔ Chia seeds are rich in fibre and omega-3 fatty acids
✔ Supports digestion and gut health
✔ Provides long-lasting energy
✔ Fruits add natural sweetness and antioxidants
✔ Seeds improve protein and healthy fat intake

Mom Tip

Prepare multiple jars at night and refrigerate them. It makes breakfast stress-free and helps avoid unhealthy snacking during busy mornings.
