Chia Pudding with Fruits & Seeds in a Jar
Ingredients
For Chia Pudding Base

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 cup milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or regular milk)

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
For Toppings
-
Chopped seasonal fruits (banana, strawberries, mango, or apple)
-
1 tablespoon mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or flax seeds)
-
Nuts or granola (optional)
Method

Prepare the Base
In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. -
Mix Well
Stir properly to avoid chia seeds clumping together. -
Refrigerate
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb milk and create a pudding-like texture. -
Add Toppings
Before serving, add chopped fruits, seeds, nuts, or granola. -
Serve Chilled
Enjoy directly from the jar as a grab-and-go breakfast or snack.
