Smoothie Bowl with Banana, Strawberry & Seeds

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (1 for blending, 1 for topping)

1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

½ cup yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 tbsp chia seeds
-
1 tbsp flax seeds (ground)

1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds
-
A few granola clusters (optional, for crunch)
Instructions:

In a blender, combine 1 banana, ¾ cup strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup.

Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with a splash of milk if needed.

Pour into two bowls.

Slice the remaining banana and strawberries. Arrange neatly on top.

Sprinkle with chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, and granola if using.
Serving Tip:
Enjoy immediately as a nourishing breakfast or energizing snack. For extra freshness, add a drizzle of nut butter or a few mint leaves on top.
