Smoothie Bowl with Banana, Strawberry & Seeds

Smoothie Bowl with Banana, Strawberry & Seeds

 

Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: None

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas (1 for blending, 1 for topping)

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup yogurt (or plant-based yogurt)

  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (ground)

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin or sunflower seeds

  • A few granola clusters (optional, for crunch)

 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine 1 banana, ¾ cup strawberries, yogurt, milk, and honey/maple syrup.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness with a splash of milk if needed.

  3. Pour into two bowls.

  4. Slice the remaining banana and strawberries. Arrange neatly on top.

  5. Sprinkle with chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin/sunflower seeds, and granola if using.

 

Serving Tip:

Enjoy immediately as a nourishing breakfast or energizing snack. For extra freshness, add a drizzle of nut butter or a few mint leaves on top.
